Risks of the TRUE fund: Industry / sector Concentration: A fund that concentrates its investments in a particular industry or sector will be more sensitive to the conditions that affect that industry or sector than a non-concentrated fund. Infrastructure: A fund that concentrates its investments in infrastructure-related companies will be more sensitive to conditions affecting their business or operations. REITs in equities: The fund may be adversely affected by factors specific to the real estate market including interest rates, leverage, real estate and management. MLP: Investments in Master Limited Partnerships may be adversely affected by changes in tax laws, regulations or factors affecting the underlying assets. Equity securities: The market price of equity securities may be adversely affected by events specific to the financial markets, sector or issuer. Focusing on a particular style or on small or medium-sized businesses can increase this risk. Passive strategy / index risk: A passive investment strategy seeking to replicate the performance of the underlying index may cause the fund to hold securities regardless of market conditions or their current or projected performance. This could lead to the fund’s returns being lower than those of an active strategy. Index correlation: The performance of the fund and its index may vary somewhat due to factors such as fund flow, transaction costs and timing differences associated with additions and deletions from its index. Not diversified: The fund is not diversified and may be more sensitive to factors negatively impacting its holdings as each security represents a larger portion of the fund’s assets. Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs): The value of an ETF can be more volatile than the underlying portfolio of securities it is designed to replicate. The costs of owning the ETF may exceed the cost of investing directly in the underlying securities. No guarantee: There can be no assurance that the Portfolio will achieve its objective. Prospectus: For more information on risks, please consult the fund prospectus.
